Job Title: Switch Board Assembler

**Location:** Tulsa

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Switch Board Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and wiring switch board units on a conveyor line. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Assemble and wire switch board units with approximately 25 wires each

+ Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams accurately

+ Use hand and power tools for precise mechanical assembly

+ Perform electronic and panel wiring, including soldering and crimping

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

+ Adapt to changing daily production needs and flexible assignments

Essential Skills

+ Ability to read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams

+ 3+ years of mechanical assembly experience

+ 1–2 years of electrical assembly experience, including wiring

Additional Qualifications

+ Experience using specialty tools provided by the client

+ Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts with scheduled breaks

+ Strong teamwork and communication skills

Work Environment

Structured schedule with designated breaks. Training provided on the first day at a nearby training center.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BROKEN ARROW, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
