Job Title: Quality Inspector** **Job Description
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality by conducting audits and inspections, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating quality issues to stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring quality throughout the product lifecycle and participating in meetings to share updates.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, development, operations) to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Communicate quality issues and findings effectively to stakeholders.
+ Participate in meetings and presentations to share information and updates.
+ Manage MRB meetings.
+ Review equipment calibration, validation, and maintenance records to ensure they are performed correctly and on time.
Essential Skills
+ Extensive experience in quality control, quality assurance, and quality inspection.
+ Strong experience in maintaining a proactive process aimed at preventing defects.
+ 3+ years of experience in manufacturing.
+ Strong understanding of quality inspection in manufacturing processes.
+ Proficiency in using precision measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
+ Excellent visual acuity and ability to identify even minor defects.
+ Familiarity with industry quality standards and regulations.
+ Ability to interpret data and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Clear and accurate record-keeping of inspection results.
+ Effective communication with production personnel, quality management, and other stakeholders.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, Arizona, with electric charging stations available. Employees are required to use Personal Protection Equipment and should be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb portable ladders as needed. Good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination are essential for this role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
