Job Description​

The Director of Provider Based Clinics for Saint Lukes Hospital of Kansas City assumes accountability for the day to day activities of the hospitals clinic operations in accordance with established hospital policies to provide high quality health care services. The Director is responsible for the operations, staffing, direction and administration of the hospitals provider based clinics. Working collaboratively with the physician leadership, assumes a leadership role in planning, developing and implementing programs and services, which support the mission, vision and strategic direction of the clinics and hospital. Major area of responsibility include competencies in business operations, financial management, applicable regulatory compliance, human resources management, organizational governance, patient care systems, quality management and risk management.
