    Responsibilities:

    + Greet customers and initiate automotive service and repair requests

    + Accurately assess vehicle concerns, service needs, and performance issues

    + Verify warranty and service contract coverage

    + Develop clear and accurate repair estimates for parts and labor

    + Write, process, and manage repair orders (ROs) in the service system

    + Communicate recommended and additional services based on technician inspections

    + Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to ensure clarity and satisfaction

    + Keep customers informed on service specials, repair timelines, and costs

    + Administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs

    + Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records

     

    Who Are We Looking For?

     

    + Previous Service Advisor experience preferred

    + Prior experience as an automotive technician is a plus

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Basic mechanical understanding of automotive systems

    + Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

    + Strong work ethic and attention to detail

    + Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
