General Summary

Thisrolewillleadcriticalareasofthemonth-endclose,intercompanyandleaseaccounting,supportinternaland external reporting, and drive process improvements—partnering closely across regional finance teams and the broader organization. The Accounting Manager reports directly to the Global Assistant Corporate Controller and plays a visible role in maintaining control, accuracy, and scalability of our accounting operations.

Primary** **Responsibilities

Month-End Close

o Prepareandsubmitjournalentriesforposting.

o Preparereconciliationsfor:Intangibles,Globalleaseroll forward,Intercompany,Globalbonus, Equity, CTA.

Reporting

o Assist with preparation of the monthly management reporting package, including manual trial balanceandautomatedSmartViewfilesforBalanceSheet,StatementofCashFlows,andP&Lwith Adjusted EBITDA calculation.

o Assistwithmonthlyandquarterlyexternalreporting

o AssistwithmanagingtheglobalBalanceSheetfluxfile.

o MaintainthecurrentsuiteofSmartView-enabledreportstoensureup-to-dateaccountmappings.

o Buildnewreportsadhocforaccountingandotherstakeholdersinthewiderfinanceorganization.

Intercompany

o Owntheglobalintercompanyreconciliationprocess,regularlyreviewingandinvestigating variances using the existing set of reports.

o Assistwithbi-annualintercompanynettingexercisesbyworkingdirectlywithregionalteams.

Leases

o ServeasthecentralpointofcontactgloballyforenteringnewleasesintotheERPsystem.

o Preparequarterlygloballeaseroll forwards

Audit

oAssistwithauditrequeststhroughouttheyearasrequired.

Tax

o Supportthetaxteamonanad-hocbasisasneeded.

Special Projects

o SupporttheidentificationandimplementationofRPA/AIandothertechnology-basedsolutionsto improve process efficiency.

o Supportongoingprocessimprovementwithingroupaccountingandthebroaderfinanceorganization.

Knowledge/Education Requirements

+ ·Minimum5yearsofprogressiveaccountingexperienceinamulti-entityand/orglobalenvironment.

+ ·CPAstronglypreferred(publicaccountingexperienceaplus).

+ ·Bachelor’sdegreeinAccounting,Finance,orrelateddiscipline.

+ ·Stronghands-onexperiencewithmonth-endclose,intercompany,leaseaccounting,andaccountreconciliations.

+ ·Experiencesupportingmanagementandexternalreporting(e.g.,sponsor/lenderreporting).

+ ·ProficiencywithERPsystemsandSmartView/Excel;abilitytobuildandmaintainreportingfiles.

+ ·Exposuretoprocessautomation(RPA/AI)andcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.

+ ·Provenabilitytocollaborateeffectivelyacrossregionsandfunctions,withstrongcommunicationand problem-solving skills.
