    Our client is a global medical device manufacturer and they are seeking additional **Medical Device Assemblers** to join their team! This position would perform assembly, testing, and packaging of sub-assemblies and finished products in a clean room environment in accordance with approved method sheets.

     

    Located in Fairfield County, CT

    CONTRACT POSITION

    **Shift:** 1st shift - Mon-Thu 5am-330pm

    **Pay:** $17-18/hour

    Key Responsibilities

    + Perform hand assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products, working independently and as part of a team

    + Build intricate assemblies by following approved method sheets and written procedures

    + Conduct mechanical and electrical testing on completed sub-assemblies and finished goods to ensure compliance with product specifications

    + Perform a variety of assembly duties within one or more factory work cells

    + Maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist with daily housekeeping activities as required

    + Follow all written method sheet procedures across multiple product lines

    + Wear required work cell attire, which may include mandatory uniforms and/or clean room garments

    + Follow direction provided by team leads or supervisors

    + Perform additional duties or assignments as required by management

    Qualifications

    + Experience with hand assembly in a production or assembly line environment

    + Ability to assemble small parts using microscopes or magnification tools

    + Soldering experience preferred

    + Medical device assembly experience preferred

    + Knowledge of factory assembly processes and procedures
