    Position Highlights Pay: $24–$27/hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PMLocation: School sites throughout Los Angeles County

     

    What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll make a direct impact on students’ daily success and long-term growth. You will:• Support students with behavioral and developmental needs in classroom settings• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with consistency and care• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and behavioral specialists• Help create structured, inclusive learning environments• Encourage positive behaviors and social-emotional development

     

    What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA, behavior therapy, or related roles• RBT certification is a plus, not required• Must be 18+ and meet all employment requirements• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping students thrive
