Job Summary
At Miller Electric the Client Service Coordinator works within the Client Service Center under the umbrella of the Service and Branch Operations department. Responsibilities are focused on the daily administrative processing and oversight of clients’ requests for maintenance-type projects and services. Client Service Coordinators must strive to meet established internal and external SLAs while delivering exceptional service to clients and project managers. The Client Service Coordinator understands all clients' needs, requirements, and preferences and works diligently to build positive relationships with clients to foster additional businessopportunities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Build andmaintainpositive working relationships with clients and their facility managers.
+ Use various applications to receive, process, and oversee clients’ requests for service.
+ Ensure compliance with internal and external SLAs.
+ Routinely communicate and coordinate with clients and internal employeesregardingservice updates and scheduling.
+ Compile data for department analysis and development.
+ Partnership with all internal markets and offices to debrief on staffing shortages, client satisfaction, and department improvement and business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Required:
+ High school diploma
+ Excellent personal interaction and communication skills
+ Proficient in multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization.
+ Ability tomaintaina high levelof trust and confidentiality with sensitive items
+ Positive attitude and the ability to work with and learn from others
+ Dedication to delivering quality customer service.
+ Computer skills toinclude:word processing and spreadsheet applications
+ Excellent attention to detail
Perferred:
+ Experience working with strict deadlines and high volume
+ Experience working in a customer service environment
+ Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Corrigo
