    As a Mortgage Loan Assistant at NVR, you will support our homebuying customers from Ryan Homes, NV Homes, and Heartland Homes. You will assist and support the various aspects of the loan process. Though you're prohibited from performing activities that require Federal or State Mortgage Licenses, you'll play a critical role in securing loans for our customers and will gain exposure to the mortgage banking business.

     

    This position is based on-site at our NVR Mortgage Offices.

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Work in tandem with the branch staff to create and distribute relevant pipeline reports and assist in administrative duties associated with loan files.

    + Assist in branch accounting by paying all invoices and completing any other related tasks.

    + Support branch management by monitoring loan accuracy, compliance, and quality control throughout the process.

    + Build foundational knowledge of the loan process including loan applications, credit reports, disclosures, transcripts, and loan program guidelines.

    Qualifications

    + Ability to multi-task in an environment where priorities and needs change quickly.

    + Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

    + Experience with Microsoft Applications.

    + Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to interact effectively with a team.

    + Prior customer service or mortgage banking experience is a plus.
