Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a **Housekeeping and Maintenance Technician - No** **Boiler** to join our senior cooperative team at East Terrace Coop in Cambridge, MN! This position will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager or Property Maintenance Supervisor for the overall housekeeping and maintenance of the building.

This housekeeping/maintenance schedule includes;

+ 60 hours every two weeks

+ Part time; Day shift

+ No weekends

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for cleaning assigned public areas, including floors, carpets, surfaces, bathrooms, and glass. Prioritizes tasks to finish on time, assists with emergency spill cleanup, and performs other duties as assigned.

+ Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.

+ Handles routine maintenance tasks, including completing work orders promptly, performing inspections and repairs with proper documentation, keeping grounds clear (e.g., snow removal and equipment operation), and supporting preventive maintenance programs.

+ Performs a variety of general repair and maintenance tasks, including working safely with hand and power tools, changing belts and filters, lubricating equipment, and handling light electrical and plumbing repairs. Responsibilities also include fixing damaged fixtures and appliances, performing carpentry work, assisting with custodial and grounds duties when needed, setting up common areas, preparing apartments for turnover, maintaining heating systems through annual inspections, and providing daily task reports to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications:

+ Must have a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

+ Current Driver’s License (in good standing)

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Vocational School Vocational/Technical Training or

+ Associate of Applied Science Associate Degree: HVAC or related

+ Three to Five Years experience
