    We are looking for a Broker Engagement Associate to join our team in our Bala Cynwyd, PA office!

    Summary:

    The Broker Engagement Associate supports the Broker Engagement team by coordinating daily operations, including executive‑level internal and external meetings, monthly reporting requirements, and the coordination of all agency changes at PHLY. The role also assists the Broker Engagement team in tracking key initiatives involving PHLY’s largest trading partners, including production, field engagement, the training of brokers on PHLY’s self service capabilities (webinars) as well as the associated follow up, & the tracking of meeting takeaways & execution of the Broker Engagement Division’s broader initiatives. Responsibilities include organizing major broker meetings and events, maintaining the VP’s schedule, collaborating with regional leaders and executives, and delivering educational webinars for PHLY’s top trading partners. The Associate also manages broker‑related data updates in Salesforce, supports marketing and sales campaign execution, BOP uptake, and ensures accountability by ensuring the National Broker SharePoint site remains accurate and up to date.

     

    A typical day will include the following:

    + Produce monthly production reports for Top 40 brokers and support recurring data requests, including quarterly and monthly reporting for leadership and Tokio Marine Group.

    + Manage and execute broker/agent data changes (address, name, hierarchy, FEIN), reconcile merger & acquisition notifications, assist (when needed) in managing commissions & commission exceptions, while communicating updates to the field.

    + Support campaign data management by uploading leads, maintaining campaign records, and providing execution status updates to senior sales and marketing leaders.

    + Coordinate and assist with growth product presentations, including scheduling with national broker partners and helping develop and deliver presentation content.

    + Assist in managing national broker platforms (e.g., Gallagher SmartMarket, Marsh MarketConnect) and collaborate with field teams to increase utilization and effectiveness.

    + Oversee webinar and SharePoint content management, including attendee tracking, engagement follow‑up, webinar content support, and ensuring the National Broker SharePoint site remains accurate and current.

    + Coordinate in‑person and virtual meetings with major broker partners, including travel logistics, onsite support, and home‑office visit experience.

    + Support the AVP–Broker Engagement with calendar management, executive interfacing, and preparation for key internal and external meetings.

    + Assist in planning and executing CIAB and other major broker events, including accommodations, documentation, follow‑ups, and tracking approved exceptions.

    + Maintain schedules for regional meetings, support occasional travel arrangements for the team, and help produce annual summaries of strategic broker relationships.

    + Partner with the Broker Engagement Specialist to identify broker relationships for ease‑of‑doing‑business initiatives, coordinate and moderate training sessions, attendee tracking, engagement follow up/accountability, & webinar content support, and provide related updates to regional underwriting and marketing leaders.

    + Track and document action items, initiatives, and broker feedback to ensure accountability and preparation for home‑office meetings with top broker partners

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, MIS, Accounting/Finance, Data Science or a related field.

    + 3 years’ demonstrated experience supporting Select, Preferred, National, Aggregator, and Global agent partners by helping manage a Commercial Lines book of business, delivering strong customer service and problem resolution, and training agents on PHLY’s network, ease‑of‑doing‑business initiatives, and self‑service tools.

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

    + Experience and comfort with presenting to & training PHLY’s broker partners.

    + Creative thinking, ability to generate innovative content ideas. Strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills

    + Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

    + Adept at working independently and in a collaborative team environment. Flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing industry.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel or related software.
