    What You’ll Do

    + Lead and support a dedicated team of caregivers providing daily assistance to individuals with disabilities

    + Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and ensure smooth, effective program operations

    + Step in to provide hands-on support, including meal prep, medication administration, and personal care when needed

    + Encourage independence and community engagement by accompanying individuals on outings, work, and activities

    + Set the tone by modeling compassion, teamwork, and accountability

    What We’re Looking For

    + High School Diploma or GED, or 5 years caregiving experience in lieu of education

    + Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and insurance

    + Strong communication and organizational skills

    + A compassionate heart and a natural drive to lead by example
