This position is a full time Staffing Team Lead and consists of supporting all orientation, onboarding, and training functions. This role will also consist of shift management and customer service. We offer paid vacation, flexible hours, leadership training, and more!

Pay Rate: $20.50 / hour

Duties:

Daily Tasks include:

1. Problem solving

2. Shift Management

3. Marking attendance for all current associates

4. Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members

5. Documenting and mentoring associates

6. Work closely with HR and day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires

7. Maintain a professional and successful customer service

8. Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed

Position Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Minimum 6 months leadership experience

2. Minimum of 6 months work history in customer service and/or office experience

3. Adequate computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

4. College Students and Interns welcome to apply!
