**Pay Range:** $18.50 per hour - $23 per hour

**What You’ll Do:** As a Valet and Shuttle Supervisor at Sodexo, you will support management in overseeing the daily operations of both valet and shuttle services, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely transportation experiences for guests. You will have the opportunity to grow your leadership and training skills by providing guidance to valet attendants and shuttle drivers, while maintaining adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and organizational service standards.

Responsibilities include:

+ Coordinate and oversee day-to-day valet and shuttle activities, ensuring smooth service flow, safe working environment and adherence to operational standards.

+ Support in training valet attendants and shuttle drivers as needed, ensuring team members meet the required standards of guest service and safety.

+ Assist in coordinating vehicle assignments and shuttle routes to meet changing demands, optimize efficiency, and enhance overall service quality.

+ Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.

+ Travel between campus locations, as needed, to ensure cohesive operations across client sites.

+ Perform Valet Attendant or Shuttle Driver duties as needed.

+ Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity

+ Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

What You Bring:

+ High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience

+ 1 or more years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

+ Familiarity with shuttle route planning, parking management systems, guest service best practices, and adherence to safety and compliance protocols.

+ Valid Driver’s License is required and a CDL may be required depending on the vehicle type at the location.
