**Pay:** $19.00 - $21.00 Hourly Rate.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s

experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• No experience required and on the job training provided

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience

• 1 year of similar work experience

Job Functions

+ Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)

+ Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)

+ Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)

+ Restock supply cabinet/room

+ Clean all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces

+ Wash and disinfect all basins, urinals and bowls, using appropriate cleaner to remove stains and clean undersides of rim of urinals and bowls.

+ Damp wipe, wash with disinfectant when necessary, all partitions, title walls and outside surfaces of all dispensers and receptacles.

+ Fill toilet tissue, soap, paper towel and sanitary napkin dispensers

+ Clean flush-o-meters, piping, toilet seat hinges and other metal work

+ Vacuum louvers, ventilating grilles and dust light fixtures as required

+ Stock restrooms

+ Straighten areas, such as lobbies, conference rooms, locker rooms, & break rooms

+ Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

+ Custodial experience is preferred but not required

+ Passing a pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required

+ Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties
