Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an entry level Assembly Technician to work at a global medical manufacturing company in Medina, NY. Sound like something you’re interested in? **Pay Rate:** $22.65/hr **Duration:** 1/26/26 thru 12/31/26

**Hours:** 5:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday

(OT on Fridays as needed)

**Those with very developed fine motor skills like knitting or sewing skills are encouraged to apply***

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Technician? You’ll be:

+ Assembling small medical device components and products accurately according to work instructions and diagrams.

+ Inspecting finished goods for quality assurance and promptly reporting any discrepancies.

+ Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficiency.

+ Meeting daily production goals and timelines while communicating effectively with team members and supervisors.

+ Consistently following safety protocols and company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

+ Possess high school diploma / GED

+ Have some experience in assembly, soldering or manufacturing (preferred, but not required).

+ Possess strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

+ Have excellent hand / eye coordination

+ Have basic computer and scanning / data entry skills

+ Are able to read and follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

+ Able to read / write in English

+ Excel as a team player with excellent communication skills.

+ Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.

+ Show willingness to learn new processes and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
