Overview

Shall be responsible for maintenance, inspection and installation of general maintenance carpenter duties as assigned. Completion of this work will assure a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and staff.

Responsibilities

+ Performs general maintenance carpenter duties including, but not limited to, sign fabrication, general maintenance carpentry work and repairs

+ Performs fire door inspections and repairs

+ Hangs and finishes drywall.

+ Removes and hangs various objects.

+ Repairs, and rebuilding or changes to door hardware.

+ Furnishing repair, including but not limited to furniture, artwork frames, etc.

Qualifications

Education: High school graduate or equivalent required

Experience: 3 years of carpenter experience required
