Novant Health Sleep Medicine - Ballantyne is seeking a full-time LPN Lead!

The role of the LPN Lead is to provide non-clinical and clinical duties in practice under the direction of the practice manager within his or her scope.

What You'll Do

Job responsibilities include:

+ Perform standard LPN duties, including patient care and clinical support

+ Monitor and maintain adequate supply levels

+ Count, order, and manage vaccines and medications

+ Provide coaching and support to team members

+ Assist with attendance tracking and approve PTO requests

What We're Looking For

+ Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required. Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

+ Experience: Minimum of two years of demonstrated leadership, training, and process improvement, required. Experience in the physician office practice setting, required.

+ Licensure/Certification: Current LPN licensure in appropriate state, required.

+ Additional Skills (required): Successful completion of generic and department-specifics skills validation, competency testing, and Basic Life Support.

+ Additional Skills (preferred): Leadership development
