    Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for precision machining and operational excellence?

     

    We’re looking for aField Machining Managerto oversee our Milwaukee and remote field machining teams. In this role, you’ll drive safety-first culture, optimize workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Lead & Inspire:Manage and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and safety-driven environment.

    + Own the Process:Prioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments for both field and shop projects.

    + Drive Efficiency:Monitor costs, approve expenses, and implement process improvements to keep operations lean and effective.

    + Be the Expert:Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting and problem-solving.

    + Champion Safety:Enforce compliance with all safety standards and regulations—because safety isn’t just a rule, it’s our culture.

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Experience:7–10 years in machining with 5+ years in leadership roles.

    + Technical Expertise:High-tolerance machining (0.0005”), tooling, fixturing, hydraulics, motors, gearboxes.

    + Leadership Skills:Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    + Education:High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or journeyman certification preferred.

    + Other Requirements:OSHA 30, forklift and overhead crane certifications, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 20%.
