Requirements
What You’ll Do
+ Payroll Processing:
+ Manage multi-state and prevailing wage payroll using ADP, Paylocity, or Paychex.
+ Accurately calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
+ Handle payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees.
+ Compliance & Reporting:
+ Prepare and file payroll tax returns and statutory reports.
+ Maintain meticulous records for audits and reporting.
+ Process Improvement:
+ Identify automation opportunities and streamline workflows.
+ Partner with Finance on reconciliations and month-end reporting.
What We’re Looking For
+ Education & Experience:
+ Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of certified payroll experience (multi-state preferred).
+ Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency in ADP, Paylocity, Concur, or similar systems.
+ Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations and prevailing wage laws(knowing prevailing wage is a plus!)
+ Core Competencies:
+ Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy.
+ Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
