    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead daily aggregate production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

    + Monitor and optimize equipment performance and material flow.

    + Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.

    + Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and cost control.

    + Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

    + Knowledge of aggregate production processes and equipment operation.

    + Ability to analyze data and make sound operational decisions.

    Work Environment

    This role is based in a quarry environment with exposure to varying weather conditions, dust, and noise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided and required.
