    What You'll Be Doing

    + Working a night shift schedule

    + Perform general labor tasks including cleaning, shoveling, and material handling

    + Assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance of machinery

    + Operate and maintain equipment to support plant operations

    + Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

    + Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow procedures

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and environments

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    + Physical capability to perform manual labor in demanding conditions

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
