    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on aggregate processing equipment.

    + Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

    + Inspect, repair, and replace components such as bearings, belts, and motors.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for industrial equipment.

    + Familiarity with aggregate or heavy industrial machinery and related systems.

    + Commitment to safety standards and ability to follow established protocols.

    + Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and processes.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
