What You'll Be Doing
+ Accurately weigh, record, and ticket all inbound and outbound aggregate loads using company systems.
+ Verify load information, truck IDs, and customer data to ensure accuracy and compliance with order requirements.
+ Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and plant personnel to maintain efficient daily operations and resolve issues quickly.
+ Maintain organized and detailed transaction records, ensuring all reports are completed accurately and on time.
+ Support safety and operational excellence by monitoring scale activity and ensuring procedures are consistently followed.
What We Are Looking For
+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and dependability.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry ( Microsoft office and Excel or similar system experience strongly preferred)
Work Environment
+ Fast-paced, safety-driven environment within an aggregate or materials production facility.
+ Frequent interaction with truck drivers, plant operators, and customers throughout the day.
+ Primarily office-based with routine exposure to outdoor weather and operational noise.
