What You'll Be Doing

+ Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery

+ Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions

+ Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

+ Collaborate with team members to support production goals

+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used

What Are We Looking For

+ Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair mechanical systems

+ Proficiency with hand and power tools, welding, and fabrication

+ Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and procedures

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

+ Night Shift
