    What You'll Be Doing

    + Oversee daily shipping and production operations on the 3rd shift to ensure efficiency and accuracy

    + Coordinate schedules and resources to meet customer delivery requirements

    + Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate documentation

    + Drive compliance with safety standards and operational procedures

    + Lead and develop team members to achieve performance goals
