    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials within the plant site

    + Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety

    + Communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel

    + Follow site safety procedures and traffic regulations

    + Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

    What Are We Looking For

    + Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

    + Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety

    + Effective communication and teamwork skills

    + Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing conditions

    + Basic mechanical understanding and attention to operational details

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

    + Night shift
