    What You'll Be Doing

    + Operate ready-mix truck safely to deliver concrete to job sites.

    + Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness.

    + Manage concrete slump adjustments and ensure proper mix during delivery.

    + Maintain accurate delivery tickets and communicate with dispatch.

    + Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements for ready-mix operations.

    + Strong focus on safety and compliance with transportation regulations.

    + Ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles in varied conditions.

    + Effective communication and customer service skills.

    + Dependable and detail-oriented in completing tasks and documentation.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

    + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
