    Job Summary:

    HCA Florida Ocala Hospital in partnership with the University of Central Florida College of Medicine is seeking a **Chief Resident** for its ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program.

    Position Highlights:

    + Serve as a key liaison between residents, faculty, and program leadership

    + Develop leadership and administrative skills while overseeing schedules, curriculum, lectures, research, quality improvement initiatives, and simulation lab activities

    + Gain experience in conflict resolution, institutional policy, and program management under the guidance of the Residency Program Director

    Qualified Candidates:

    + Graduate of an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine residency program

    + Eligible for Florida medical licensure

    + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster effective relationships with residents, faculty, hospital staff, and patients

    + Program accredited for 45 residents within the UCF COM/HCA GME Consortium

    + Candidates should submit CV and USMLE scores for consideration
