Description:
The Housing Administrator will **plan, organize, and direct** the overall operations of a senior living residence within Trinity Health’s South Bend community. Reporting to the Facility Administrator or Designee, you’ll ensure alignment with federal, state, and local regulations, internal policies, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee day-to-day operations of the residence and all related activities
+ Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local standards and regulations
+ Implement and enforce established community policies & procedures
+ Manage staff, supervise daily activities, and deliver quality resident services
+ Coordinate with leadership to meet operational goals and ensure resident satisfaction
Required Qualifications
+ **License:** Active, unencumbered certification as an Residential Care Administrator (RCA) or Health Facility Administrator (HFA) in Indiana
+ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, Customer Service, Community Relations, or a related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ **Experience:** Previous work with the geriatric or assisted living populations is preferred
+ **Supervisory Experience:** At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a senior or healthcare setting
