This role serves as a key leadership position responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s overall Quality strategy.

The successful candidate will guide a team of skilled quality engineers and technicians, ensuring that customer expectations, regulatory standards, and industry certifications are fully embedded across all business functions.

Job Summary

Main duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Leads a Quality Organization of dedicated professionals ( _engineers and technicians_ ) to development the Business Quality Strategy and creates a common Quality Vision that motivates and engages the business team.

+ Ensures Customer and regulatory requirements are properly integrated with the entire business, in all functions.

+ Maintains and Develops Quality Management Systems defined ETA, EN1279, IGCC/IGMA, SGCC, CCC.

+ Lead Continuous Improvement within the organization.

+ Customer Focus & Feedback and Warranty Management

Required Qualifications

+ At least 5 years of Quality Related Experience

+ At least 3 years of Leadership experience

+ Quality Core tool (FA&FMEA, Control Plan and PPAP)

+ Problem Solving Methodology and Tools

**Pay Transparency** $111,000-$144,000 starting wage plus 15% target bonus.
