    The Contractor Training Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to CBI’s Contractor Training Manager and the Technical Service team by coordinating contractor engagement initiatives, training programs, and related administrative activities. This role serves as a key point of connection between contractors and internal teams, ensuring a positive contractor experience through responsive communication, organized training execution, and accurate documentation.

    Essential Functions:

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, serving as the primary point of contact to support product adoption, address inquiries, and resolve issues.

    + Coordinate and deliver contractor training programs, including organizing sessions, reinforcing best practices, and providing follow-up support.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a consistent and effective contractor engagement strategy.

    + Develop, update, and support training materials to align with new product innovations and evolving industry standards.

    + Manage contractor certification programs, recognizing advanced training completion and promoting contractor expertise within the industry.

    + Gather, document, and communicate contractor feedback, market insights, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

    + Maintain accurate records, reporting (standard and ad hoc), and documentation related to contractor interactions, training, and agreements.

    + Proficient in general office functions with strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to quickly learn new systems.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer-service orientation; able to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

    + Strong planning, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    + Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and across functions, including internal and external stakeholders.

    + Communicates clearly and efficiently; adapts messaging to the audience, ensures key information is shared promptly, and builds trust and credibility.

    + Proactive, self-directed, and able to multitask while adapting to changing work demands.

    + Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.

    + Willingness to travel for training or meetings as needed.

    Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $52,000 to $80,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

     

    In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 7% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $55,600 to $85,600. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
