Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and customer service industry, is seeking a CWR-Customer Service Rep I to join their team. As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Pompano Beach, FL
Pay Range:
**Shift:** Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 8pm
What's the Job?
+ Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
+ Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to resolve issues effectively
+ Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests
+ Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records and compliance
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently and accurately
What's Needed?
+ Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
+ Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
+ Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
+ Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
