Our client, a leading organization in the packaging industry, is seeking several dedicated Machine Operators to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operators

**Location:** Middletown, NY

Pay Range: $21.80/hr

Shift: 2nd and 3rd Shifts-

Monday-Friday but also must be able to work a Saturday or Sunday

3:00pm-11:00pm and 11:00pm-7:00am

What's the Job?

+ Set up and adjust corrugator machines to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

+ Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and perform troubleshooting as necessary.

+ Maintain quality control by inspecting products for specifications and defects.

+ Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure proper functioning and longevity.

+ Document production data accurately, including machine settings, output, and issues encountered.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machine operation preferred.

+ Proven experience as a Corrugator Operator or in a similar role within the packaging industry.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.

+ Knowledge of corrugated production processes and materials.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
