**Our client, an energy infrastructure organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.** As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the regional administrative support function supporting the Gulf Coast Transmission regional operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Houston or Ingleside, TX
What’s the Job?
+ Provide administrative support to regional leadership, supervisors, and technical staff
+ Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and regional events
+ Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, including invoice coding and tracking
+ Prepare and assist with documents and reports using Microsoft Office applications
+ Maintain electronic files, team sites, and regional administrative records
What’s Needed?
+ Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of professionalism
+ Ability to multitask, manage interruptions, and maintain attention to detail
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, and general computer use
+ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
