    Job Description:

    A manufacturing facility in **Lenoir, NC** is seeking dependable **Shipping Associates** for 1st shift. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on work environment and take pride in accuracy and organization.

    Responsibilities:

    + Prepare finished products for shipment

    + Load, unload, and stage materials for outgoing orders

    + Verify orders for accuracy and completeness

    + Label, wrap, and package products properly

    + Maintain a clean and safe shipping area

    + Follow all safety and company procedures

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Ability to stand and move throughout the shift

    + Shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred

    + Strong attention to detail

    + Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
