Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Location:** San Fernando, CA

**Pay Range:** $25/hr

**Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday

What's the Job?

+ Assist senior mechanics in diagnosing and making complex repairs to equipment.

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.

+ Conduct minor repairs to facilities and equipment including plumbing and electrical work.

+ Complete production run set-ups and changeovers on packaging equipment as scheduled.

+ Utilize computerized maintenance management systems to access information and requisition parts.

What's Needed?

+ A High School Diploma or GED is required.

+ Minimum of one year of training and experience in similar positions.

+ Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge in industrial maintenance activities.

+ Fluent English skills to read and understand maintenance manuals and safety procedures.

+ Ability to perform physical labor and lift loads of up to 50 pounds.
