    Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Stand-up Forklift Operator- Warehouse Worker to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the warehouse operations, you will support the efficient movement and management of goods, ensuring smooth and safe processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

    Job Title:** **Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

    **Location:** Aurora, CO

    **Pay Rate:** $21 per hour

    **Shift:** Sunday–Wednesday, 3:00 PM until completion

     

    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll handle equipment, manage inventory, and ensure efficient operations in a temperature-controlled environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Safely operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment

    + Load and unload goods efficiently to meet processing timelines

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

    + Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment

    + Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by your supervisor

    Requirements

    + **Previous experience operating stand-up forklifts**

    + Ability to work an entire shift in a **36°F cooler environment**

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    + Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
