Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a QA Lab Technician (3rd Shift) to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician (3rd Shift), you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the laboratory and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** QA Lab Technician (3rd Shift)

**Location:** Hot Springs, AR

**Pay Range:** $19.94

**Shift:** Night Shift (9:30pm - 6:00am), Sunday through Thursday

What's the Job?

+ Adhere to good laboratory practices (GLP), good manufacturing practices (GMP), and safety requirements

+ Perform chemical analysis, product approvals, COA, and ensure compliance with customer order requirements

+ Assist in training laboratory technicians in quality lab functions

+ Maintain and update records related to incoming, intermediate, and finished products

+ Perform inspections of products and processes in production and warehouse areas

What's Needed?

+ Basic understanding of food safety, quality, and HSE programs

+ Knowledge of quality systems and standards such as SQF and ISO

+ Ability to analyze test data and determine product acceptability

+ Familiarity with regulations related to food defense, food security, and occupational safety

+ Willingness to learn and adhere to Kerry ways of working
