    Our client, a leading logistics and delivery operations provider, is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the dispatch and warehouse support team, supporting delivery operations and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Customer Service Rep

    **Location:** Chesapeake, VA

     

    Pay Range: $21.00

     

    **Shift:** First Shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

     

    Must be available Friday and Saturday** — this is a 5 **-day operation (Tue–Sat)** with **Sunday off guaranteed, 6-day operation during holidays.

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Monitor daily delivery routes and maintain real-time communication with driver teams

    + Assist drivers during in-home deliveries by providing support and explaining services

    + Address customer escalations, de-escalate complaints, and clarify expectations

    + Ensure drivers complete check-in procedures and report any non-compliance or missing assets

    + Lead support staff during shifts, providing direction and escalation support

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Fluent in Spanish and English, with clear speaking, listening, and translation skills

    + 3+ years experience in dispatch, field operations, or logistics (appliance/furniture preferred)

    + Strong phone presence, assertive, calm under pressure, and influential communication skills

    + Comfort working in a warehouse environment with live driver communication

    + Reliable and professional demeanor suitable for a customer-facing role
