**Our client, a food service operation, is seeking a Head Chef to join their team.** As a Head Chef, you will be part of the food service leadership function supporting daily kitchen and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and a customer-focused approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** PA, Philadelphia
What’s the Job?
+ Lead and manage daily kitchen and food service operations
+ Oversee food preparation and service to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
+ Develop and maintain effective working relationships across departments
+ Demonstrate excellent customer service and client relationship management
+ Support project-based food service initiatives as required
What’s Needed?
+ Minimum of 4 years of experience in food service
+ 1–3 years of experience in a management role
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
