This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who thrives on driving business growth and mentoring others. What You’ll Do Sales & Client Relationships Drive new business partnerships and strengthen client relationships to maximize bookings and revenue. Sell hotel rooms and meeting spaces through proactive outreach, proposals, site tours, and follow-ups. Identify emerging opportunities and convert leads into loyal clients. Team Leadership Lead, coach, and inspire a talented sales team (Sales Coordinator and Admin). Hire, train, and develop team members to achieve ambitious goals. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews to foster accountability and success. Strategy & Market Insight Analyze local market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing to stay ahead. Collaborate with revenue and marketing teams to optimize positioning. Leverage CRM tools and industry reports to track performance and drive results. Collaboration & Planning Partner with other departments and Drury teams to grow business across multiple properties. Support budgeting and revenue planning initiatives. Customer Service Excellence Deliver professional, personalized service to clients and guests. Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture. What We’re Looking For Experience: 5–10 years in sales (hospitality preferred), including 1–5 years in leadership. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (Sales, Marketing, or related field). Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and computer proficiency. Ability to travel and make in-person sales calls.
