Basic Job Functions:

The Production Planner will oversee weekly and monthly production planning cycles to ensure timely customer deliveries and optimize throughput across production facilities. This role demands a high level of flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving ability, as it operates within a fast-paced startup environment characterized by rapidly evolving processes and systems. The Production Planner will play a key role in establishing operational structure, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, project management, and other headquarters teams, as well as coordinating with production teams across multiple locations. Additionally, they will contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of planning systems and workflows to support scalable growth and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Mid-level Production planning experience

+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, etc. for manufacturing and distribution

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

+ Experience with an ERP system

+ Experience in data analysis

+ Ability to travel up to 25% to production sites

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Project management experience

+ Ability to interact well with internal and external customers

+ Excellent communication skills

+ College education or certification(s)

+ Minimum 2 years experience in data mining, analysis, and report generation
