Adecco is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a client in Anaheim, CA. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, storage, and shipping, while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency across the team.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise warehouse staff and manage daily operations in receiving, shipping, and inventory.
+ Ensure orders and shipments are processed accurately and on time.
+ Maintain accurate inventory counts and optimize warehouse space.
+ Monitor and improve performance using KPIs focused on efficiency and order accuracy.
+ Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve inventory and order issues.
+ Lead safety meetings, employee training, performance reviews, and forklift certifications.
+ Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
+ Utilize ERP/WMS systems (Plex) to manage inventory and analyze performance.
+ Implement lean process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
+ Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Power BI is a plus).
+ Forklift certification required.
+ Valid California driver’s license.
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
**Location:** Anaheim, CA
**Pay:** $34–$36 per hour (paid weekly!)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM with occasional weekend overtime

**Pay Details:** $34.00 to $36.00 per hour
