    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + 6+ months’ relevant work experience required

    + Basic math skills

    + Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality

    + Basic computer skills, including data entry and typing

    + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

    + Ability to inspect materials and information at close range

    + Ability to learn new tasks and processes efficiently

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities as needed

    + Effective written and verbal communication skills for workplace interaction

    + Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

    Responsibilities:

    + Inspect products on assembly lines using established quality criteria

    + Record inspection results and report findings as required

    + Follow written and verbal instructions from the Quality Lead, Supervisor, and Production leadership

    + Prepare and submit defective samples for review by Quality Engineers

    + Participate in assembly line start-up and set-up activities

    + Identify, separate, and label nonconforming products according to established procedures

    + Provide timely feedback to Quality Controllers and assembly operators or leads

    + Escalate recurring defects to Quality Controllers and Cell Leads for investigation and resolution

    + Complete basic data collection forms for inspected lots

    + Enter inspection data into designated systems upon completion

    + Perform a variety of tasks within the production area as needed

    + Assist with production and assembly operations as required

    + Work at different workstations or rotate between stations based on production needs

    Available shifts:

    + 2nd shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed $23.75/hr.

    + 3rd shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with weekends as needed $24.75/hr.

    + Shift 6: 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Thursday - Saturday WK 1 and Wednesday - Saturday WK 2

    _Please note: Training is required on 1st shift for two weeks (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM)_

    **Pay Details:** $21.09 to $24.75 per hour
