    Clinical Pharmacist – Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Oncology

    **Location:** Las Vegas, NV (Northwest area)

    **Position Type:** Full-Time, Day Shift with Rotating Weekends

    Compensation

    + **Hourly Pay Range:** $64.16 – $83.41 (commensurate with experience)

    + **Weekend Differential:** $ 1.50/hour

    Position Overview

    A leading acute care medical center in the Las Vegas area is seeking an experienced **Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Oncology** . This role supports a growing transplant and cellular therapy program, including outpatient and inpatient services.

     

    The pharmacist will serve as a subject-matter expert in hematology, oncology, stem cell transplantation, and advanced cellular therapies. The position offers a high level of clinical autonomy and collaborative practice with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to hematology, oncology, BMT, and cellular therapy patients in both clinic and inpatient settings

    + Support autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplantation, CAR T-cell therapy, and other immune effector cell therapies

    + Coordinate and optimize oncology treatment regimens and protocols

    + Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and patient counseling

    + Develop, implement, and maintain order sets, guidelines, and evidence-based protocols

    + Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research support, and clinical committees

    + Collaborate closely with specialty physicians and nursing staff

    + Serve as the clinical pharmacy expert within the BMT/Oncology service line

    Qualifications

    + Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required

    + Active Pharmacist license (Nevada or ability to obtain)

    + Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required

    + One of the following:

    + PGY2 Residency in Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy, **or**

    + Minimum of 5 years of clinical oncology pharmacy experience

    + Prior experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with collaborative practice authority preferred
