    **Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences** is currently hiring a **Director for Oncology Pharmacy Services** in **Knoxville, TN** .

     

    This is an **on-site, full-time permanent** position.

    **Pay:** $142,000 – $183,000/year

    **Type:** Permanent

    **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday – Friday

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Serve as the pharmacist-in-charge for oncology pharmacy services across the health system, coordinating inpatient and ambulatory oncology pharmacy activities.

    + Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency rules/regulations and internal pharmacy policies, including USP Chapters 797 & 800, DEA, Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, OSHA, NIOSH, HRSA (340B), and FDA guidelines.

    + Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of medication dispensing to ensure safe, quality patient care.

    + Develop, initiate, and maintain oncology clinical pathways, protocols, and professional policies.

    + Assist in planning, development, and implementation of new oncology infusion satellite locations and pharmacy services.

    + Ensure accuracy of charge capture and credit, appropriateness of drug utilization, and secure storage and usage of controlled substances.

    + Oversee program operational planning, budgeting, and availability of necessary supplies and pharmaceuticals.

    + Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports (2) and indirect reports (~30).

    + Perform other duties as assigned to support the oncology pharmacy operations.

    Qualifications

    + Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree required.

    + Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY-1 residency plus 5 years of oncology clinical practice, or PGY-2 residency plus 3 years of oncology clinical practice required.

    + Current and active Tennessee state pharmacy license.

    + Proven leadership experience in an oncology pharmacy setting.

    + Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.

    + Ability to travel occasionally between clinics.

    **Pay Details:** $142,000.00 to $183,000.00 per year
