    Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (one evening shift until 6:00–7:30 PM)

    What You’ll Do

     

    Be the right hand to our amazing providers during visits and procedures

     

    Greet patients with a smile, record vitals, and keep EMR documentation flawless

     

    Share test results with clarity and compassion

     

    Coordinate medication refills and answer patient questions like a pro

     

    Help keep the schedule flowing smoothly

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    Experience: Ideally 2–3 years as a Medical Assistant, but we’re open to candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and grow!

     

    Skills: Communication superstar, multitasking wizard, patient-care champion

     

    Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

     

    Bonus Points: CMA/RMA certification or willingness to get it within 6 months

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Hartford, CT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
