    Job Title: Intelligent Manufacturing Engineer

    Job Description

    We are seeking an Intelligent Manufacturing Engineer with a strong understanding of manufacturing science, including theory of constraints, capacity planning, and flow optimization. The role involves ensuring that the factory's core infrastructure can seamlessly cooperate with production control and execution systems to meet production demands. This position requires collecting and analyzing data to optimize equipment and process flow, maintaining an effective scheduling system, and establishing planning capabilities to maximize fab capabilities while meeting customer requirements.

    Responsibilities

    + Analyze and optimize tools and dispatching logic to ensure equipment and process flow are running at optimal levels.

    + Respond quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects with potentially overlapping deadlines.

    + Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that robotic workstations, detection instruments, and database/informatics tools meet standards and goals.

    + Manage and coordinate daily activities for Manufacturing Specialists to ensure production goals are met.

    + Oversee a specific section within the wafer production line, identify gaps, find root causes, and implement solutions.

    + Present findings and long-term solutions in meetings on a daily basis.

    + Work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper solutions are implemented.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Automation Engineering, or related fields.

    + 1-3 years of relevant experience, with preference for 4-5 years if directly related to semiconductor manufacturing.

    + Demonstrated knowledge of optimization algorithm, IE, IT, or related fields.

    + Proficiency in Excel and SQL with the ability to work with large data sets.

    Work Environment

    The role involves working with fully automated production lines, with most tasks performed via computer. The environment is fast-paced and collaborative, involving daily communication with a team of 26 engineers. Casual dress attire is expected, including jeans, polo shirts, and comfortable walking shoes. The position follows a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime hours expected.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
