    Job Title: Senior CAD Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Senior CAD Technician with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D to support our growing team and enhance project efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Utilize strong technical skills in CAD and boundary/topographic survey principles to support project needs.

    + Conduct QA/QC from field collection to final drafting.

    + Take field data to create base maps, plats, and topographic exhibits.

    + Ensure compliance with TMOSS and CAD standards, with a focus on CDOT projects.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.

    + Strong understanding of boundary and topographic survey principles.

    + Experience with QA/QC processes in drafting.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Previous experience with CDOT projects.

    + Experience with Open Roads Designer.

    + Familiarity with TMOSS and CAD standards.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This is a hybrid work environment allowing for 2-3 days remote work per week.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $57.00/hr.
